Hi! Thanks for purchasing tickets from our website!

You may be a bit confused, it's not your typical way of getting tickets to a show.

As stated in the description, your tickets will be available AT THE DOOR. Simply just state your first/last name or show ID to gain entry to the venue.

We will ALSO SEND AN EMAIL day of show, listing any set times, information, possible Door Hour changes, etc. We're only able to contact you if you sign up for email marketing, Shopify will not allow us to email you otherwise.

TICKET INFO (Frequently Asked Questions)
I bought multiple tickets, but my guests are arriving separately, how will they get in?

If you've got multiple tickets, all of your tickets will be under your name, your guests will be able to state your name as well, in the case they arrive separately.

For example, if you purchased 4 tickets, your name will be on the list 4 times, so if the door manager only sees 2 people come in, they'll only scratch off 2 of your slots. Leaving the other 2 entries available.
Why do we have to do Will Call?

We did this to save you lots of money in ticketing fees, we've had $15 tickets become $24 after fees/taxes, this way, it's a win win for everybody.
What time are doors open?

Most shows, we try to have doors at 6pm, show at 7pm. In some cases, this may get pushed up an hour, doors at 7pm, show at 8pm.

What bands are playing?

This is dependent on a show by show basis. Some shows may have different schedules/lineups. Make sure to check our social media for more info.

We will also send an email, Day of Show, with schedules, lineups, or any news that may happen (Venue change, Schedule change, Rain check, etc)

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
